The Free Cooling Module Chiller/Eco Hybrid FCMC55A is an energy-saving chiller that integrates a fan cooler for natural cooling and a modular chiller. By utilizing the temperature difference between the return water temperature to the chiller and the outside air temperature, the fan cooler enables natural cooling, which suppresses the operation of the DC inverter chiller. When natural cooling is insufficient, appropriate chiller operation is performed depending on the situation. Particularly in winter, when the temperature difference between the outside air temperature and the return water temperature increases, it is possible to significantly reduce power consumption. Additionally, with the modular controller (sold separately and required), backup operation can automatically start if a malfunction occurs in some modules, and operation can be controlled based on the load, allowing for operation with a variable number of units. Rotation operation can also be implemented to equalize the operating hours of each module, contributing to the overall longevity of the system.
